"Formation of inquiry and informational networks for entrepreneurs about legislation, potential clients, taxies, competitive atmosphere etc.“  in part of provision of free services for subjects of small business undertaking and persons who wish to open private business on issues of opening the business, registration and licensing

Is realized based on Regulation of the Cabinet of Ukraine #463-p dated 26.09.2001 "About measures on realization of National program of assistance to development of small business undertaking in Ukraine for 2002" on base of Agreement between State committee of Ukraine on issues of regulatory policy and enterprise and SJSC “National Network of Auction Centers". The aim of realization of this project is assistance to the formation of infrastructure of the development of small enterprises; provision of access of  “small business” enterprises  to information, necessary for opening the business, creation of additional workplaces and consultation support of the activity of “small business” enterprises  .
For realization of this Agreement in 2002 the following respective methodological provision was developed, including:

• "Handbook of entrepreneur on issues of opening the business";

   

• " Handbook of entrepreneur on issues of registration of “small business” enterprises  ;

   

• “Handbook of entrepreneur on issues of licensing of “small business” enterprises.

   

Professional experts of regional offices provide for “small business” enterprises  and for persons who want to open their own business free consultations on the following issues:

• Selection of optimal organization and law form of management;

   

• Registration procedure;

   

• Receipt of financial and credit assistance;

   

• Development of internal documentation of “small business” enterprises  ;

   

• Development and signing the rental contracts;

   

• Receipt of authorization and licences;

   

• Registration in taxation and other fiscal authorities.

   

In the process of the project implementation executors actively interact with local government authorities, state taxation administrations. Analysis of results received with the period of project validity are evidence of increasing interest on behalf of persons who want to open own business to information provided by consultants. Possibility to receive quickly the primary consultation, to discuss opening won business, to get acquainted with large list of various business-ideas, to feel not only the wish but also the possibility to open own business – this is the list of far from whole list of all advantages of this project. 

In  2004 implementation of the project was suspended due to the lack of financing.
