National Network of Auction Centers was founded under the technical and consultation help of USAID in February 1995. The Company includes twenty five branches locate in Autonomous Republic Crimea, regional centers of Ukraine and in Kiev. In compliance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ukraine #2066 dated 25.12.1998   National network of auction centers was transformed into State Joint Stock Company „National Network of Auction Centers”.

For twelve years of work the  objects of activity of the Company have been the following:

1. Provision of rights of citizens of Ukraine for acquisition of shares of objects of privatization by means of  all existing kinds of payments.

2. Provision of a complex of consulting services, performance of work on issues of preparation of an enterprise for privatization and postprivatization support.

3. Support of entrepreneurship, provision of complex of consulting and practical services.

4. Organization and conducting the auctions, bids and competitions on sale of entire property complexes, movable and immovable estate  (including seized, confiscated, ownerless or the property under pawn), properties of enterprises in default, objects under construction, blocks of shares and other security papers, land plots, certificates for the right of property of a land plot (share), right for rent of a land plot (share), authorized by the certificate, raw material resources, other fixed assets.

5.  Sale of property on pawn which is sold according to Laws of Ukraine “About pawn”, “About order of extinction of obligations of tax payers to budgets and state trust funds”, and the property which is sold during forced fulfillment  of decisions according to Law of Ukraine “About execution proceeding”.

6. Organization and conducting the auctions bids and competitions on sale of movable and immovable military estate of Military Forces of Ukraine and other military formations (including for its further complex utilization).

7. Sale of movable and immovable military estate  of Military Forces of Ukraine and other military formations (including discarded property), products of complex utilization of military property of Military Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.

8. Purchase and sale of entire property complexes, movable and immovable estate  (including  seized, confiscated, ownerless or the property under pawn), properties of enterprises in default, objects under construction, transport means, blocks of shares and other security papers, land plots, right of property of a land plot (share), right for rent of a land part (share), authorized by the certificate, raw material resources, other fixed assets.

9. Informational provision of citizens, subjects of entrepreneurial activity and state institutions.

10. Activity on stock market.

11. Technological consulting (engineering).

12. Organization of formation and provision of branch state archive of financial intermediates of State Property Fund of Ukraine.

13. External economic activity.

14. Provision of intermediary services at the sale of real estate objects.

15. Provision of services to liquidation commissions, enterprises and state institutions on execution of business failure procedures.

16. Conducting the independent evaluation of movable and immovable property and property rights.

17. Conducting the social researches.

18. Charity and sponsor activity.

19. Provision of representative and intermediary services.

20. Other kinds of activity not prohibited by acting legislation.
